A JUMP INTO THE PAST
The scent of the flour produces by the Ottino Carrera Felicita windmill which stands in Magnano Biellese, is what convinced us to pick that same perfume for our meglie and meglin; Ancient corn types : Ottofile, Marano and Pignoletto, grinding on pure stone inside the old family windmill, kneaded together with butter, eggs, sugar and lemon peel.
